  • 3-4 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Seasonings: salt pepper, 1 tsp paprika, optional thyme or parsley

Method

  3. Drain any excess fat.
Combine Ingredients:
  1. Pour in 4 cups of broth and add the cubed potatoes.
